a. Own your own fourm- How long have you owned it? What is it's web adress?

b. Administrate a forum- How long have you been an admin there? What is it's web adress?

c. Moderate a forum-How long have you been an mod there? What is it's web adress?

d. All of the above

5. How active are you online? For example, I am on once a day, etc.

6. Have you been banned on another forum? What is it's web adress? (Note: This does not nesecarrily decide if you become a mod or not, because you may have learned from your mistakes, and be on "good behavior."
